This morning, we went to the 4th Avenue Winter Street Fair with MeeMaw, Hayley and James and Hayley's sister. We shopped around for about an hour and visited the Lego experience where Hayden had a blast. As we were walking past a pair of jugglers, they talked Matt into helping them with a stunt and he of course agreed. They stood him very still and passed the juggling pin things back and forth in front of and behind his head. He had a great time doing it. For lunch, we went to a little hole in the wall burger place called Lindy's. The people in there were great, very relaxed and don't rush you at all even though they have 6 tables total and people wait outside to get in. After lunch, Hayden chose a little wooden airplane from a woodworking booth and then we went shopping for gifts for his teachers, Ms. Prairie and Ms. Mary. He is really going to miss both of them over the 3 week Christmas break and we wanted to get them something nice, so we chose 2 candles and a nice card for each of them.
Matt and Hayden just got done hanging the Christmas lights and they look very nice. I can't wait for it to get dark so we can turn them on. Hayden is thrilled that our house is "pretty like the house across the street." While we were outside, I got some great shots of Hayden in his Santa hat and I couldn't wait to share them. It's time to bake brownies so Happy Sunday and love to all!
