I know most people would find it unacceptable to allow your kid to jump on the bed, but not in this house! I think jumping on the bed is part of being a kid and we let him do it every day. I thought these pictures were particularly cute because Hayden is wearing monkey pajama pants and singing "5 little monkeys jumping on the bed." Ok, the pajamas were a coincidence but it's still adorable.
On a side note, Hayden got a new book from the book fair at my school about a boy who makes a cardboard box spaceship and just as I suspected, he looked straight at Matt and said, "You have boxes at work, Daddy. Can we make a spaceship?" Matt is bringing a box home tomorrow and we are going to paint it and decorate it as our weekend project!
