Farms and Pools and Cracks

We had a BUSY day yesterday and it was full of adventure.  First, we headed out to Apple Annie's in Willcox to pick up some beautiful sweet corn and other assorted veggies.  The farm was great because our friends and us were the only people at the farm, so the kiddos had a blast picking zucchini and eggplant and just running up and down the rows of veggies.  After we picked up some yummy corn, tomatoes, green peppers, etc. we headed over to the Orchard to pick peaches.  They only had about 2 rows that were ripe, but we got plenty to choose from and the kids loved pulling them off the trees.  Hayden grabbed a green one that wasn't nearly ripe and took a huge bite out of it, resulting in a VERY sour face and him throwing the peach like a baseball.  I tried to warn him   :)

After we enjoyed the orchard for a little while, we drove down to Sierra Vista and went to The Cove, an indoor water park.  Hayden really loved the wave pool and the slide until someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to evacuate the building with no shoes, towels, phones, keys or anything.  It took about an hour and ten minutes of standing on the very hot pavement before we got back in, but the kids still had fun and had time to play a little after.  We will definitely be going back for a longer day there soon.

When we left The Cove, Matt noticed a little crack in our windshield, that has since turned into a very large crack and we are having the guy come out to see if it can be repaired this morning.  It is so large that there's no way it will be able to be fixed, so now we are stuck with a $500 insurance deductable that I am definitely not paying anytime soon, so our poor new car will have a crack for a month or two, I suppose.

Here's the pictures from the fun yesterday!
